Mine is a Xfx not had it hit 100% but at 70% its not so bad. But I use headphones when gaming so not bothered If I do use a higher Fan speed to keep temps down.
Am aiming below 75C for any game think its possible?

.I've not had a reference cooler so I can't comment on it, but my XFX 6850 on 40% was annoying as nuts.
Are they using the double dissipationon on that card?
