MSI GeForce GTX 560Ti OC

Hi, being a newb at OC, would like some comments from you guys.

Using MSI afterburner, current settings: 960ghz core clock, 2200mem clock, not touched the voltages. Done OCCT without errors (should I run this hours to be sure?) Furmark, Kompustor clean as well. Idle 24C, load 61C, except OCCT, which boosted it to 68C in 20min testing, but thats probly the meanest gpu test around? Fan speed has been 40-61% tops. Done some benchmarking too with the highest settings, everything seems ok, without any glitches, artifacts or mysterious errors or black screens.

So, here is my plan. I plan to change the motherboard and cpu in 2-3months time, how can i keep this overclock when transfering this gpu to a new motherboard without loosing the OC settings? Is it possible to keep the settings somehow within the gpu or it should not be a problem just to add these settings again with the new motherboard and all is good to go?
I'm glad with the gpu OC settings as they are now, since i dont plan to take it to extremes. Or is every motherboard so different, that the OC settings may vary according to the mobo itself? Probly going with ASUS P8P67 Pro or MSI P67A-GD55 with i5 2500k cpu.

Current mobo is
MSI 975X Platinum, 4years old

Hi guys sorry for interrupting :) would you recommend this card over a ati 6950? I am just about to upgrade full pc and am moving from a 8800 gts 512 mb lol but I have always had Nvidia cards. My local shops all recommend ati over this but I'm not so sure. The length of this card is also swaying me as my max length if 11.4 inches for my Tsunami dream case.

Thanks

Michelle
