Yeah the card has no whine at all. I was torn between the 670 and this card. I chose the 7950 for the oc potential. And I'm a nvidia fan boy but my card was the unlucky one out the draw as it can't oc pass 1150 no matter how many volts I throw at it. I can stable it at 1100 core though. Thinking of taking this back for another one

When you consider that the 7950 cards were 800 core stock, the TF3 factory oc'd by 10% to 880, I don't consider 1100 core to be a shabby oc tbh.

What are the max / safe temps should be aiming for?

Nothing over 80 for long periods I'd say, and even that's high. I start getting worried when my 7850 gets over 70.

these aren't actually fine tuned and are the values in MSI Afterburner running in unlocked mode. It will do 1250 but really not had time to play that much. I'll get back to it at some point.

Card seems pretty good on the whole, a few issues when waking from sleep mode.. Don't run sleep mode.

Just put it to +20% and keep the volts the same. Just allows the card to draw more power temporarily if it needs it, and it helps stability and therefore overclocking.

Well if your load temps are ok you can up the voltage a little and try and overclock some more. What is your max load temp while running Heaven?
