MSI K8MM-V (Socket 754) will this board accept the sempron 2400??

I am pretty sure that there were no S754 2400s; they were SOA.

To be sure count the pins; if as I suspect there are 462, then no, if 754 then yes. But seriously it will need a IHS to be s754.
