MSI K8N Neo 2 uPGRADE TO nf4?

This Neo2 is nForce 3 chipset - is there a significant difference in features / performance if I changed it to nForce 4?

It's for my sons gaming rig and I don't want to change the RAM or the rest of the hardware but just wondered if it was worth changing?

It would be an opportunity to upgrade to a PCI vga card but anything else?

As stated, the only advantage would be the graphics card.
Not sure that's an advantage unless you need to change it.

The Neo 2 has a huge following, and you can find masses of beta BIOS's around if you wanted to overclock it.

I suppose the onboard sound of the Neo 4 (if you got the creative chip one) is a lot better.
