MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum, 1 long, 2 short beeps, help please?

Turned my PC off yesterday dinner time, came to turn it on last night, beeeeeeeeeeeep, beep, beep!!!

After getting a mate to check beep codes, he came back with VGA error. Removed the PCI-E card, same error. Put an old PCI card in, same error. Any ideas please before I throw it out the window?! :mad:

try a removing cmos battery, also remove RAM from sticks does it make the same beeps?

Have tried resetting the CMOS, removing the battery, and removing all memory. Without RAM in, I get 1 long beep approximately every 5 seconds, and with any RAM at all in, with or without graphics card, I get 1 long, 2 short beeps.
Will be getting in touch with MSI this morning to see if i can get a replacement, unless anyone else has any suggestions? Thanks.

Check that none of the 'pins' in the pci-e slot are damaged.

Will have a look when I get home, but won't be able to post back here until tomorrow morning. Could these have become damaged without being touched, as the PC worked in the morning and then not in the afternoon? :confused:
