I've just re-installed windows for my nephew and I can't for the life of me get windows to find the onboard sound, I've tried the cd that came with the motherboard, downloaded the drivers from the MSI site and still it doesn't find it. It's enabled in the bios and a PCI device is found on boot up but it just won't find anything I throw at it. I've cleared the cmos just in case it was a bios thing, any ideas? Everything else is working fine. I'm using Windows XP SP3, would that affect anything? Hope you can help as it'll be out of warranty soon and I'm not if I missed anything.
