There was some issues with the SKU when Gibbo first posted but I thought it was £449.99 but I was in a hurry so maybe misread it.

i naturally assumed it would be 449.99 . not bad price. should be £400 though by now.
Probably should have launched for £450 in place of the laughably bad 4060ti, nice to see that enough consumers voted with their wallets this gen and brought back more sensible pricing though.

4070 should be 400 now no matter how you look at it. also with how the 4060 and 4060ti are they should be 300 tops. 128 ergghhh.

Yes the deal ended as they saying goes snooze you loose.

4070 GDDR6X is now EOL and on minimal stocks.

4070 GDDR6 is the replacement and is £479 but am sure there will be deals on this towards end of year. :)

Eh? The GDDR6 version is the same price as the old GDDR6x?
What kind of deal is that from Nvidia, replace the old SKU with a slower SKU at the same price?

Sounds like something only a company in a dominant position could get way with.

Didn't expect it to be any cheaper did you? I was surprised its the same price and they didn't put the price up lol

One can live in hope can't he? :D
My 3080Ti is going to have to keep going for a while longer yet by the looks of things.
3080ti is around 20% faster than a 4070 and probably closer to 25% faster than the newer GDDR6 model so will certainly stay relevant for a while yet.
