MSI P67A-GD65 vs Asus P8P67 Intel P67

I had originally planned to get the lowest priced asus board as looking at the reviews i have liked the look of the asus boards and think asus have done the best on this chipset.

However, due to the 20% VAT back on the MSI boards im now wondering whether its worth getting the top MSI board for less than the lowest priced asus board.

Any thoughts on which board is better?
