MSI RG54G2 wireless router needs help

Hi, i just recently decided to RE set up a wireless network. BUT when tryin to access my routers online settings page my password didn't work! i reset the router and again the default password will not work. tried to call msi, who are virtual unreachable.
Can anyone help me out am totaly pooched as to what the problem might be.

have you tried accessing the router from another pc to see if it makes any difference. other than that it sounds a little kaput
