If I'm working in a company where Internet connections comes from the router via the server. Can my MSN conversion be logged on the server?

yep as far as im aware msn doesnt use a secure protocol so the packets could be sniffed and they could see exactly what you are saying

Correct the packets are sent in plain text so someone could potentially be sniffing the traffic and watching your conversation. But it's very unlikely. If you are that worried about people snooping there are steps you can take to make the traffic unsniffable, for example tunneling msn over an ssh connection.

heres a mad idea if you dont want your company to know your buissnes then dont use msn when you should be working :p

My thoughts too - that's why I took the unilateral decision to ban MSN from being used in our offices.
