Woah glad your'e ok but, if the insignia was so badly damaged, how did the KA keep going?

Missed it in the wall of text, really shocked the Ka came off well enough to cheese it.
I hope they find the KA!

Typical response from FOX
He didn't say at any point that he was blaming the Ka driver?? Did he say it was the Ka drivers fault?? NO - he pointed out that it pulled out in front of another car - end of.

and there driving should change to match the risk.

its true though. The only driver that inst at fault is the insignia. Someone pulled in front of him causing him to crash. The fact that two other cars went into the rear of him is purely down to them other drivers.
And as fox said, WHY are they steaming past a queue of traffic, its a MASSIVE hazard, and there driving should change to match the risk.

I'm not saying it's not true - of course it's true that the OP piling into the back of someone elses car is the OP's fault. I'm just saying that a whole post of basically slagging someone's driving style off/ability is probably not what the OP wanted right now!![]()

It should be an offence to fill a gap on a motorway unless it's longer than a certain distance.
Leaving sufficient stopping distance on the motoroway is annoying as someone from the middle lane always fills it.
Back off to leave sufficient distance, someone else pulls into the gap, repeat...
