Multi Monitor Support : In action

a few questions if i may:

how long is your desk?
what is video performance like on the monitors connected to the second graphics card during gaming?

thanks, am looking to do something similar in the summer but with 2x 19" and 1x 24" monitors.
 
Desk is 150cm long, I just disable the other monitors for gaming.

Lots of games take the "focus" so you can't use the other monitors unless you play "in a window".
 
I sometimes have Media Center in Vista playing on the 2nd screen and an email client on the 3rd, doesn't seem to do too much to game performance IMHO!

i imagined having the second graphics card would ease the strain on the first, thus allowing the video to play smoothly - just needed confirmation. can't find many people with 2 cards these days!
 
Agreed, it is very rare to find people using 2 cards as 2 cards rather than an SLI or Crossfire pair....

4 monitors F T W! (why the hell is F T W as one word blocked anyway :confused:???)
