Hard to imagine the public response if there was ever a bloodbath incident on the trains. Cod only knows how many use them daily to travel around England, Scotland and Wales.

Major-Incident - Terrorist attack - Counter-Terrorist force in action
10 involved, 8 or 9 with serious life threatening injuries

Christ  :(

Jesus thats not good. Lucky UK emergency rooms, particularly in London are so used to dealing with knife wounds now.
Right?

There used to be a thing (and there possibly still is) called a communication cord which, when pulled, locked all the brakes.

Not sure whether this was the actual reality or whether it was the movie version of how it it worked but it could have created enough of a diversion, perhaps, for things to have unfolded differently.

Hmm until the 'eye witnesses' have been verified, it could be anyone.

Given the current 'politics' it's worth waiting for facts. Especially given the "politics uk" is a social media account operated by an organisation owned by a conservative MP.

It’s Sky news he’s posted

We need to be more like Poland, That's all I'm saying.

Hoping for a speedy recovery for all involved, And swift sentencing for the perpetrator's...although we know how that is NOT a deterrent in modern British legal system!

I had thought this only alerted the driver / guard (previously) to an incident and would therefore travel to the next station, otherwise you'd be stuck in the middle of nowhere with an ongoing incident.
