First off, I'm not implying you can only do muscle exercise in this country!
Anywho, I've been going to the gym for about a year and a half and seen some good improvement in muscle mass and definition, however I'm off around te world for a year but don't want to loose everything I've gained. So are there any exercises I could do (working each area muscle area) without weights to try and stay in shape?
