KOC closing > KOC opening imo, take a bow is such an anti-climax at the end of a setlist tbh.

Definitely. I went to the Manchester (1st night) and Birmingham (2nd night) gigs, both were amazing. The live show is a bit tame compared to what it used to be but that's probably down to venues and maturity (of sorts). I travelled to the gigs there because from my experience they are typically better crowds and better venues, and decided not to go to the gig in Sheffield 15 minutes down the road because the Arena is ****. Sure enough they open the encore with Citizen Erased. Sod's law, eh.

I was at the sheffield one. Was amazing - loved Citizen Erased and Hysteria sounds awesome live. Can't remember the set list tbh as I was too busy being crushed...the crowd was quite rough...Got a few shaky pics too :D

Loved the set up on stage with the spaceship and the stars. The funky giant balloons were a laugh too

Indeed, its almost like ending a setlist with 'Apocalypse Please'...

When I first saw muse they opened with that. Everyone went mad to it as it was the first number, so when the more upbeat numbers like Hysteria came on, it went INSANE.

So in my experience, starting with a slower song is a good way to build up the crowd. The reversal can lead to a slightly anticlimax... not that I didn't enjoy it anyway!

Headlining acts normally go on from 9pm onwards, usually between 9pm and half past. Muse came on at 9.10pm at Cardiff, roughly.

Woo hoo can't wait till tonight! :D

Yeah I phoned Wembley and they said about 910 aswell. Everything should end at about 1040pm.

BRING IT ON!

Showmen sister, showmen

Spelling and Grammar are bad enough on here without my family contributing to it! :p

I see they played another full BHAR set tonight; I like it since it shows the band have faith in the album as a whole and not just the songs. It's a pain that this means there's less room for other tracks but I'm sure most of the fans that care to hear them will have already heard them live before.

I prefered Manchesters set to tonights tbh......

Playing the whole of BHAR and then some other songs didnt do it for me.....i prefer the way they mixed songs off different albums....

Was still amazing though.....loved the inflatable pink thing bouncing around in the pit before muse came on.......peeps who were there will know what i mean.....

Again....noisettes were disappointing....she really cant sing.

I've never seen them before even though I love all their albums. Last night was fantastic, so glad they played Sunburn :).
