Heres some pics of my 2 new lovely bass guitars. They are not actually my 2 but they are the same if you know what I mean. These guitars sound and play unbeleivable trust me just ask any Gibson bassist about the EB-3s. Big massive thanks to King David, he lent me £20 in my Pay Pal account, without me even asking. Witout his help I would have lost the Elitist EB-3 cos I couldnt get funds to clear in time in PP... I must find out his ocuk nick?

Anyway here you are...

Having just bought a Gibson SG reissue bass and the Epiphone Elitist EB-3...

Thanks. The Epiphone Elitist EB-3 is made from Gibson parts too, all the pickups and electrics. It even says Gibson on the truss rod cover, it sounds exactlly like the Gibson EB-3 from the 60s.

The Gibson SG Reissue has got a very good reputation, I'm hearing a lot of good things about it. It has a TBird + pickup in the neck, unlike the mudbuckers the original EB-3 had, its an awesome guitar and just growls at you. I love em both.

Are you the £11 Paypal guy...? I saw a thread but I've got goldfish memory syndrome so can't remember who it was that was having the problem.

Yep thats me, all has been resolved now, and I managed to pay for my Elitist eb-3. Didnt need the extra £11 as I kind person lent me £20 in my PP, gobsmacked I was.

Very nice and now you can be Geezer Butler.

The nicest bass I've played for a while belongs to the bassist in my 3rd band and it's a Squire Precision that is so well setup it plays itself.
