Change the case to an NZXT Beta or something else with a little... taste. PSU i'd go for the BeQuiet 650W that's £65 at the minute. Hard Drives have a look at WD Blacks or Samsung F3s.
Why 1156 and not AM3? Cheaper and very similar performance, with more upgrade potential in the future. Fans, i'd have gone with Apaches or something like that.

each to their own but +1 on the case. I'm too lazy to check tonight but have all the cheap 4890's vanished? If so that 870 is a good buy for the saving.

Ive shaved £100 and given you better case, gfx card and HDD, onboard audio will prob be fine, but you can include soundcard if you want

As mentioned swap out the 4870 for this nicely price 4890
