My big fat gypsey Wedding.

Dear me the lasses. They wear bloody nothing on
every social occassion :p

or is this just a common British thing these days?

The fight was rubbish as well, can see that in a schoolyard everyday!

Be interesting to see what happens next week, as it looks like it's largely going to deal with us non-gypsies getting annoyed with them.

There are so many things about their culture that this show reveals that make it just seem so bizarre and alien.

The young woman who had worked seven years in a Travelodge type hotel who got married and as such had to give up her job, own income and move 100 miles away to live in a Caravan where she did nothing but clean it all day is just mind boggling.

I just can't understand it. She has essentially given up her life, her flesh and blood family, her job which was giving her something to do and amounted to a lot more than doing nothing. It's so odd.

Does it really take all-day to clean a caravan? Must it be cleaned every day?

hardly the most obvious question in response to this series but still :p

Well it's something to do...

I suppose from a practical point of view though, it's your only living area so is likely to get dirtier quick than if you lived in a normal flat or house. For example you are cooking in what is also your living room, which is also your hallway and leads into your bedroom. As per one of the earlier shows, Gypsies don't use toilets onboard their Caravans, as that's just disgusting!

i used to go to appleby regular for yrs :) entertaining to say the least :p

same as any people you get good and bad with all . some are fine some arnt just like us.

some of the outfits are a bit out there but some are nice remember its for tv so they have to make a good viewing
