Well guys my Cellshock memory failed on me and I have been given a refund on the memory.
Good news is I have £300 to spend on memory - Memory has come down a LOT in prices now.
I'm almost definitely thinking of going for 4GB now and moving upto 64bit windows.

Motherboard is BFG 680i, (as in sig)

Was thinking maybe -
GeIL 4GB (4x1GB) PC8500C5 1066MHz Black Dragon DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GB24GB8500C5QC)

or

2 sets of Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-8500C5 TwinX (2x1GB)

I want to be able to sustain a 3ghz (minimum) overclock, any problems with my motherboard.

Thanks in advance guys.

I'd go for 2x2Gb for a start otherwise you'll have nowhere to go with all your memory banks full (I'm assuming this as you haven't specified your mobo). Fast clocking 4Gb kits is another question entirely.

Cool any 2*2gb to recommend? heard the timings where terrible on these at present?

Well they're CAS5 unless you go quite high in price i believe, but **** that, timings aren't that important, and you'll love the extra amount of memory a lot more than a 1% boost, everything will be so much more smooth, espically in Vista :)

No swearing
