Yeah, well that's how my pic looks like. Would be awesome to get some comments what I can do better!

Thats a really really great picture! Exposure is spot on. Looks very cold.

I like the composition with the fence and the path with the people walking and horizon, only could be improved slightly by having the tree a little further to the right i think (theres a thing about the rule of 2/3rds in the sticky).

Well done! :)

That aint arf bad mate!

The only thing that spoils it is having the tree dead centre. I think it would be better 1/3rd across the frame from the right hand edge.

Good work. :)

Hope you dont mind, this is more the crop id have gone for, its a very nice capture, showing a great sky and interesting subject.

and here it is again after a bit of HDR type tweaking.

Thats a really good photo! Not sure about the tree, I think the others are right about positioning, but looks really well exposed, and good colours!

Not sure if this works really, think it was better as a silhouette. The crop is better though.

I like the original composition - it has a nice natural feel, the 1/3rd 2/3rds landscape sky works perfectly - full marks for that.

However, I do think the white balance isn't right as the snow looks blue in the original and adjusted versions later on.

Here's my edit, I'm no photoshop expect - I just took quite a bit of the blue tinge out of it. YOu'll get a more accurate result by tweeking the white balance manually from the RAW file.

Better/worse?

How about with the original sky. To keep more of the blues. And then over exposing the snow area slightly?

better/worse?

I like the last version. Amazing how much you can make out of a pic. Thanks for your commands! Try to think of those things when taking my next pics!
