I was on 2mb no problems at all constant and stable. Upon regrade it all goes pear shaped lol, my connection drops every 2 mins and got a max dl of approx 20kps 
. I assumed this was the initial line testing so left it alone..... day 3 still the same now getting slightly 
called bt he did a line test and asked me to count to ten and touch my toes lol as you can assume nice but dim john from bt could not help me... but whilst on the phone to said above person i tried to dl a 19mb file hey presto 820kps 
i then came off the phone assuming the line test he did put me in sync with my local exchange. Low and behold this was short lived i was back to the 2mins connection problem and 20kps downloads i'm now back to .
Day four called bt again i must have got johns twin brother (bless) one thing i noticed again whilst on the phone i get a perfect connection i took a leap of faith and put 2 and 2 together and explained this to bt and the poor lad started to have babys and advised he would need to speak with his team leader (crystal ball) and get back to me lol.
well my setup in my house i.e phone line, phone, cables and filters have not changed since 2mb but since i have unplugged my house phone from the filter i get a perfect connection ok i'm still within the 10 day line training but i'm getting 820kps constant.
this may just be my setup or i'm located in the twilight zone or there may be peeps out there with the same problems i have been having if so please try unplugging your house phone from the filter and see if it helps you.
