Changed a load of stuff, put 2000 miles on it and thoroughly enjoyed doing all the servicing myself...

Check out this sexy bast:

Let the hating from the jap bike riders commence :D

There were a couple of Harleys on the ride I was on at the weekend, really nice looking machines but the only one that could keep up with the rest of us on the straights was the Night rod which is basically a drag bike.

Still I can see the appeal for just some nice effortless riding and the sound.

Looks awesome mate.

I would have loved to buy one and do something similar until I realised I don't fit on them.

Hoping to do something similar to my street bob

I'm a sportsbike rider, but wouldn't mind a go on a cruiser. They're all bikes after all. At least this one has rear suspension :)

How do you stop your boot melting on the downpipe?

I wasn't a fan when you first posted this, but a bike is a bike and we're all different in what we like. Glad you're enjoying it - it does look good.

Nice bike, I took a lot of stick here for posting that I wanted a Breakout.

Done the Jap bike thing, speed, knee down etc etc.

Getting a Harley next :)

Guy I know when from wheelying his life away on an R1 to a nightrod and he loves it, says he wouldn't go back to a sports bike.

Test rode one of these (stock) last year. Loved it, except the sound was a bit weak. Looks like youve sorted that issue out. Looks fantastic.

Thanks folks :)

In answer to your question Craig (sorry for the delay I completely forgot about this thread!) I have changed:

- full exhaust
- air cleaner
- seat
- remap
- headlight
- better tachometer
- converted to 2-up (pegs & detachable sissy bar)

I'm sure there's more but that's the nuts 'n bolts of it.
