My new car. Mazda 3 MPS

I've seen a 3MPS in our local mazda dealer with showroom miles for somthing daft like 16 or 17k 12-18months ago. At that kind of price it would make a very interesting prospect.

Are these still in the highest tax band though? Not really an issue but a lot of people do seem really put off by ZOMG £400+ tax! which could be one reason why they never sold as well?
 
Nice, I quite like it ...is that bonnet scoop standard?

I'm more of a fan of the Mazda 6 MPS though myself. I wish you could get the 6 with the V6 engine here like you can in North America though.
 
Absolutely love it, theres a lady at my gym who has a silver one and I cant take my eyes off it everytime I see it they look fantastic on the road, your wheels are different to hers though, hers are bigger with a wide flat multi spoke and must admit they suit the car better

Is that an S4?

Wow, lot of replies... thanks for all the kind comments. :) I will try and get some interior shots today for those that have asked. It's raining at the moment so will wait for a gap to run out and grab some pics.

What else... oh yes, price wise I did not pay £22k. I traded in my old car and used that towards the MPS and they also have £1k off the list price at the minute as well, so it was a good deal.

The bonnet scoop is standard, yeah, it's exactly like the one's found on the Subaru's. If you life the bonnet up the filter is square and directly underneath, just like the Subaru.

The wheels are the standard ones also on the Mk2. I think the Mk1 wheels and body style are different.

Yes, that is an S4 in the reflection! Good eyes! :D

Oh... and Mike is spot on with the Road Tax price!

Ah the interior blows the Civic Type-R's away which is my other favourite current hot hatch and that red carbon effect dash is great, sigh, do want want, do want very much

What wax are you using? Everytime I get chance to wash, polish and wax mine it starts raining :(
