My New Car

I'll reset the computer tomorrow and let you know, but Im pretty sure that's right. The needle does find 50 and above regularly, but I dont really pay too much attention to it!

To be honest, I wasnt really bothered whether I got the 330i or the 330d intially, but when this came along with the right spec, it was a done deal. I dont think there's a lot in it really.

The tyres will only cost £1k if he chooses to replace them with the "BMW choice of tyre", which would be unnecessary given you can get much better tyres for a lot less money.

Love the red leather too. I get late 40s on the commute, check in your iDrive to ensure you have it set to UK mpg and not US :)

The x30i in the E9x and E6 seems to be a lot worse on the combined than BMW advertise, I'm not sure why, but then so is the x30d. Round town, I can drop in to the high 20s / low 30s

Wrong - Camskill for example are showing only two brands at all available in that size, Eagle F1 Assymetric RFT and Potenza RE050A RFT. Mytyres is the same - only two available.

If you do have details of 'much better' tyres than these for 'a lot less money' I'm sure burned would be very grateful?

I'm going to be a ***** and go for non RFT 18's for £115 front and £160 rear CS3 goodness :p

Might pay you well to do that yourself with your mileage - nearly halves the tyre bill.

Exactly what I meant, ditch the runflats. Camskill have 225/35 19s in Vred Sessantas for £150 inc vat, but you could get an entire set of Goodyear Assyms for £700 from Camskill.

Good thing though that the fronts last for ages (probably double a set a rears).

Problem with ditching the runflats is it means shelling out for a full set at once and binning two perfectly good (Normally front) tyres. Which is something many are reluctant to do.
