My OCZ overclocked but which is quicker

I have 4GB of OCZ Gold PC6400 800MHZ 5-5-5-15

After overclocking my CPU I am forced to run my memory underclocked @ 754MHZ 2.1V but I'm able to tighten my timings to 4-4-4-12.

Will my ram underclocked with tighter timings run slower faster or the same as stock?
