Sounds exactly like the problem I had, but if you;ve tried shifting the RAM then I'm stumped.
my PC seems to have a problem, never boots until i clear CMOS..

swapped em from 1/3/5 to 2/4/6 if that correct, basically from blue to white, started beeping like crazyyy quicky turned off power then swapped back.

Gah! Clearly picky about having a stick in slot 1 at the very least.
Shame as the I bashed my head on the desk for weeks with the same problem and that did the trick.

i looked around on the net and found it could be apparently due to a corrupt bios, so ive reflashed f7 bios with q flash and it booted fine. fingers crossed !
