Is there any way to change the location of the my pictures folder and the My Music folder so that all users on the computer get the same files when they go into this, but still have a separate My Documents folder, I have heard it can be done with TweakUI however I haven’t found how to do it on there.

Tweakui, not difficult to find.
Tweakui>My Computer>Special Folders.
Then select the folder you wish to change from the drop down list and give it a new location.
