My sig is famous!

Whilst searching google images for a new sig i want doing, what should come up on the first image page but my OcUK sig.

Now, i need someone to do some detective work for me. I get the feeling that the first sig in google images has been enlarged and being used by someone else as their own sig on another forum. There is a website name below the image but the page doesn't seem to exist.

Unless the person using it is the person who made it for me, then i am ever so slighty peed off! :mad:

Can i sue? Is it worth contacting my lawyer tomorrow?

I have a forums user and email address for the culprit. He isn't using your sig at the moment though.

Arhhh... Im scared, if I google image search my current or my old username I get loads of my photos and sigs and if I simply google my old username the top entry has my current mobile phone number.... that cannot be good.
