My Vista thinky circle widget, she no spin?

You know in Vista when its having a think a little circle appears by the arrow?

Well mine has stopped spinning!

I re-installed STALKER this morning (coincidence I assume) and it no longer spins .

Not a big deal I know but as I paid for the full wizzy shooty bits of Vista I'd like them all to work as they should

Any ideas how I cna get it moving again

I've had this problem a few times its normally after i've been playing COD4 or UT3, I reboot and it's back to normal
