I had a similar problem on my motherboard. It'd just downgraded to 10mbps for no reason.
I ended up taking the CMOS battery out and leaving it for a few mins and then popping it all back together. Sorted everything out. Couldn't fix it by reinstalling drivers or anything!

What is your motherboard?
Asus M2V, on one. My other is a Asus P5E.

Have you flashed it with the latest bios? Have you downloaded the latest drivers from the asus website?
No, but I will be sure to do that. I will report back here when I have sorted it. The only funny thing is, it was never always like this. Anyways, I thought Win7 sorted all that out?
