what's the routine like then?
Looking to go full body myself I have 40 minutes available 3 times a week though

diet is going to change next week - 2 eggs in the morning with my oats
just before bed some cottage cheese with pineapple
- these are 2 places where my diet is a bit short at the moment.
I usually eat 3 in a morning, Scramble or Omelette
much cheaper and tastier than anything else I could think of for breakfast.
