Hi All,

I am looking to get a new mobile and am probably going to be selecting between N91, W810i or W900i.

Which would you say is the best phone overall out of these 3? - How do these compare for music with a Ipod in terms of quality/features.

If I decide not to look at a music phone and want a high end std phone, is the new K800i the best bet.

TIA

you need to say what you want out a phone tbh!
N91 has the biggest storage, but crap camera and poor software support (new symbian os). Its also quite a bulky phone with crap buttons!

W810 is a smaller phone, good music playing software / sound.... but not great storage (i.e. you will need to upgrade it if you want to use it for that) and people slate the joystick. Also, wont be able to use software that N91 can (like tomtom etc iirc).

W900... hmm not sure. Anywho.... think its all personal pref. This forum is only good for saying which phones are better at something in comparison of something else. But overall it comes down to what u need the phone for and then which phone you like the look/feel of etc!

The joystick it doesn't have?

The W810 is just a W800 thats had the joystick replaced with a direction pad, the colour changed to black and the internal memory dropped from 38Mb to 10Mb IIRC.

I like the looks of the W900 myself. I dont usually like phones with mechanisms, but something about the W900 intreagues me. The internal 440Mb of memory helps as well. :p

Well my w810i has about 21 mb internal memory free, so dont think its 10mb internal as you said earlier.

Well ive checked the SE website, and its 20Mb according to SE.
Either way, its still got far less memory than a W800.

I got a W810i and its a nice looking phone. The screen is good and it comes with some decent earphones. Downside is the slow transfer speed through the USB 1.1 cable which makes copying mp3s very slow. I have to take the memory stick out of the phone and plug it into my memory card reader which is a lot faster.

I just rang Vodafone looking into upgrading my K750i to a W810i...only to be informed that it has been discontinued & replaced by the V630i.

Yip, the V630i is a Yodafone only phone but seems like a good little phone.
