N95, should i take it on holiday

Im going abroad (to tenerife) with my misses for 7 days, i was going to buy an ipod (which i would probably only use a handful of times when i come home from holiday.

Alternativly, buy a 4gb micro SD card for my N95 and use this as an MP3 player, i probably wont have the phone with me at all times on holiday, minimising the chances of it breaking etc.

its £25excess for a new handset if it gets broken etc.

What do you recon, shall i take it? or spend the extra money and get an Ipod, which i dont really want to do....

I say take the phone, no point having all these functions and not using it.

£25 excess is cheaper than an ipod.

If the worst does happen, N95s are getting cheaper and now it's possible to pick one up for £250.

I wouldnt need to pay £250 for a new handset as i have insurance, i think im going to take the phone anyway as im going to need some sort of communication...
