NEC LCD24WMGX3 - The Best 24" Monitor Sub £500?

Thinking of picking one up due to the fantastic price on OCUK

I play games, movies, internet etc. My understanding is that it is an excellent all-rounder.

Just wondering if there is anything better out there that's around the same price?

N-E-C, I'm talkin' 'bout QUAL-I-TY!
(Sung to the tune of the Jackson Five's ABC, of course).

That should be a great monitor. Choosing quality for something like your monitor is a solid investment (it pays off that you won't need to upgrade for years), in many cases. My Viewsonic CRT was amazing quality for only £125 (displayed up to 2048x1536).
My Eizo LCDs are also pretty damned tasty.
