I need a monitor for my brother.
He currently has his PC connected to a 4k TV but really wants to get a desk. He has a nVidia 1080 GPU.
I think he can only afford a 1080P monitor, he would like it to be IPS and 27" or 24" and have freesync that works with nVidia.
Ideally something like this but cheaper if possible with no major flaws.

There are some available on other stores and are around £200 plus but I have no idea if they are any good.
