ocz vista upgrade edition pc2 5400 ddr 2 4gb
geforce 8800gts 320 oc edtion

its for my granda

just need motherboard model and make

we dont want to have to update the bios

max buget 60

probably need ide and sata lan ect usb firewire on it

Gigabyte P31 DS3L will run that. Only £45 too. It is always wise to update the bios on any board though as the new releases iron out any bugs they find. One guy on here as a Q6600 overclocked to 3.6Ghz in one of these boards so there is no problem with the P31 chipset. It's actually a lot of board for not a lot of money. I don't think it has firewire though it has everything else.

A firewire cards only a few quid tho, or do what i did, get an audigy with one onboard

Don't touch one with a bargepole!! Truly an awful board. Along with it's smaller cousin the P31 Neo F they are the worst boards i have ever had the misfotune of using. MSI seems to have gone downhill rapidly since it's 754 days.
