Need a cheap MP3 player

I've been doing a lot of work out in the garage lately and I'm in dire need of a good MP3 stereo system.
At the moment I do have this wielrd little mp3 player I got years ago, but I've lost the lead so i'm stuck listening to the same albums. It's been over a month and I can take no more.

I've tried seraching for MP3 stereo systems but everything google throws at me is a bit more expensive then I was hoping for, don't know if I'm being unrealistic, but I want something under £50. It doesn't have to be big and fancy since it's gonna end up covered in sawdust.

The Sansa Clip seems to get recommended a lot. Should easily fit in budget aswell

Sorry I forgot to mention, I need a system with speakers, it would be a bit dangerous for me to be wearing headphones

Not have any spare PC speakers you could hook up? Or even buy a cheap set

Good point, just had a look around and found a cheap docking station with speakers which should do the job

If quality is not a priority the market is awash with cheap speakers and cheap solid state MP3 players that are all much of a muchness so just buy any.

World is your oyster. Get anyone. Sandisk looks fine. Long as it's got a 3.5mm output, hook it up to some 2.1 speakers. And you're away.

Does your phone play mp3s? Depending on where your garage is, could easily set up speakers and run 3.5mm cable to the nearest computer.. just an idea..
