I want to spend around £20 max and I'm thinking about getting this:

http://www.arctic-cooling.com/cpu2.php?idx=79

At 4 ghz, my temps are:

Idle ~50 C
Load ~68+

This is with the stock intel HSF and at full rpm, which is noisy. :(

Is the one I mentioned above any good? What temps do you think I will get? I just want a new cooler that is easy to install with the four pins (775 socket) and has better cooling...

I'm also wondering if anyone has the dimensions as I'd like to know if it would fit with my ASUS P5WD2 PREMIUM and Thermaltake Soprano Case.

Thanks

To be honest I find the AC7 Pro noisy too. If anything its just as noisy as the stock cooler, was quite disappointed. Can only blame myself for not researching it more tbh :)
In the end I've picked up a Zalman 9500 2nd hand.

For £20 it will be hard to get a quiet one.

I have the same mobo & the Zalman9500 is the one to beat + it can be re-used for other socket CPUs.

What processor do you have? By how much did your temps lower with the AC7 Pro?
