Need advice selling brand new AIO liquid cooler

I bought a "brand new" Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420mm AIO liquid cooler back in April and attempted twice to return it to an Amazon location in EU and had no success.

The cooler itself is brand new (or at least looks that way) but all the mounting pieces are either wrong or missing crucial parts (especially for AM4+). I contacted both the seller (AmazonEU) and Arctic about trying to get the missing pieces and neither could offer me any help.

After trying to return the cooler twice, Amazon refunded me anyway and left me a leftover cooler.

Could anyone provide any advice? I'd like to sell the cooler, but of course, with nearly no mounting pieces, it's currently "useless".

Well if anything this has taught me to avoid Arctic products. You'd have thought they'd have a spare kit.

The other Arctic cooler I bought to replace this one works excellently, however, I've learnt to be extra careful when buying computer parts from Amazon, especially if the seller is Amazon EU. I suspect Arctic doesn't have spare kits due to the increased demand and under supply currently going on.

Can't you get a small bit of sheet metal and make your own.

Did you buy another of the same cooler?

I guess if you have the mounting parts already you could use them as a template to make another set.

I take it you've tried eBay for a set of mounting plates?

I've not got any skill to make my own out of sheet metal but if I were to use my replacement cooler (exactly the same, just different revision), I believe it might not work due to revision differences. I believe the revisions have slight differences on their mounting pieces to improve on pressure and AM4+ heat distribution. I have looked at Ebay, Gumtree and a few other generic websites, but it seems impossible to find any mounting brackets for this kit.

I got both AM4 and Intel mounting kit with my cooler. I am sure you should be able to pick a spare kit on gumtree/ebay?
My second cooler came with both kits and no missing pieces or screws. This anomaly cooler, annoyingly, has come with half of both mounting kits missing, half of the screws for the mounting missing and just over half of the screws for mounting the radiator to the case missing too. It was for this reason that I wanted a replacement from Amazon. I had bought it brand new and got a damaged box, a new looking cooler, half of the important pieces missing and the remaining pieces came in a bag that says PSU on it.
