Basically I bought a Yate Loon D12SL-12 Blue LED 120mm Fan from OcUK on the 8 Nov 2010, and today the fan's bearing has already developed a fault (gone loose) and making a scratching sound (not even 2 months yet!).

Now if I have to send it back for rma, it would cost me a few quids, which would be pretty stupid considering the fan is only £5.99...so I was wondering is there any chance that OcUK would be able to just send me a replacement fan?

Well if you rma it back, ocuk should refund you the postage once the fault has been confirmed.

I thought warranty don't cover the postage cost of RMAing item, even if it was faulty...? Anyway, I guess I'll give it a try on the "RMA/Return & Technical Queries" section (didn't know there's such a section since I wasn't looking for it before...)
