Need Advise

I noticed my pc starting to struggle and think it times to upgrade i build this pc 3/4 years ago and I'm unsure which gpu to buy i mainly play multiplayer games which i normally run on lowest setting for max fps games such as CSGO/EFT/COD/BF any advise on what i should look to buy would be much appreciated


These are my pc specs

Intel Core i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
Z97 GAMING 5 (MS-7917) (SOCKET 0)
GTX 970
2 x ssds
16gb ram

not looking to spent crazy amounts on a card. Ive been looking and that seems the case everything is out of stock. was looking at the rtx 2060s but im not sure

There are new cards some have been released with lower end ones released soon. Problem is availability as with most cards at the moment looks like your going to have to wait .

I have an i5-4690k @ 3.5Ghz
Z97P mobo
8GB ram

Just upgraded from a 970 to a 1660 Super (second hand, ebay, £170) and it's a really big upgrade. Runs ultra on everything but hairworks at 1440p on Witcher 3 @ 60 FPS and it's so SO much quieter than the 970. It's a Zotac and their Firestorm OC software has really made a difference too. Well worth the money for an aging system I first built in 2015.
