Need help deciding out of 2 PSU's

Hi im looking to upgrade my corsair 620w psu i have narrowed it down to 2 but i cant pick and would really like some advice if possible, here are the 2 i picked, i am slighty favouring the antec i think tho

ANTEC TRUE BLUE 750W MODULAR PSU

CORSAIR TX 750W PSU

(CANT PUT LINKS IN MY RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK LOL)

Would really appricate any advice

think its dieing cos it freezes after the windows logo and sometimes when it does load my screen res goes kinda mad and zooms right in as if no drivers were installed, my setup is

antec 1200
phenom II x4 955
gtx 260
3 gb corsair pc6400 ram
500gb hd
7 120m fans in all

620w seems fine to me for that setup.

Overclocked at all.?

Recently updated the graphics card drivers.?

im using the latest nivida drivers its just been freezing as of late it was fine b4 so just dont no why it kept doing it thought it might have been the psu not powering the components properly, i mean i have had it for about 3 years now

3 year's is nothing, when was the last time you did a fresh install of your OS, if it's been along time try that 1st, download all the latest driver's > CHIPSET > IAN > GRAPHIC'S, SOUND and update your BIOS if need be. Could just be a lot of driver file's of Nvida left over from past un-install's, etc.
