Ok im 6 foot and 13 stone, im quite broad so dont look fat, i look ok but not toned or ripped either. The one thing that bothers me though is that i seem to harbour a lot of weight around me ass and thigh section.

Now i know that i cant spot burn, but its annoying that i can get into size 32 inch jeans but there tight on the thighs, and a 34 inch is great on the thighs but loose on the waste.

Is there nothing i can do besides just keep exericising and trying to loose a bit of weight and it making a small difference to my body overall?

Your diet is probably the single most important thing to consider here, I'm probably not the best example but what you eat has a big impact. Other than that sure, keep exercising but decide what your main goals are so that you use your time effectively. :)

My diets really good, and i am always improving it.

I dont want to keep doing cardio to try and loose the fat around my thighs and ass because im just loosing weight all round and my ass and thighs are not getting any smaller!

32" jeans! 1 of my thighs would just fit in the waist band haha

agree with the comments on diet, it will be a huge factor here. could you post up a typical days eating and drinking?

:]

The only way you can get rid of fat is by losing weight, you can't change fat into muscle. A mix of good eating and excercise is what will work. If your current diet isn't enough then either up the excercise, lower daily calorie intake or both.

What time of day are you exercising?

The best time to do any cardio is first thing in the morning before you eat anything. Your body is in a fasted state as you've been asleep all night. So when exercising it will dip into your fat stores as you've no energy from food. If you eat first your body will need to burn off what you just ate.

Also you say your diet is good but what does it consist of?

You need to make sure your expending more calories in the day than your consuming. Also it's best to spread your calories over 5 or 6 meals throughout the day. Eating small meals more frequently will increase your metabolism, whenever your digesting food your burning calories. This will also stop you overeating also which is good.
