Need new hard drive for my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

I had the MacBook Pro for a few years, but it constantly shows up messages that the disk is almost full. It only has just over 2GB left. I have been trying to find a hard drive which is compatible with the above model of MacBook Pro, but there is just an endless amount of options.

In terms of size, I am not looking for a ton of space. 1TB should be sufficient as it mainly holds documents and photos, very few audio or video files.

Any help would be appreciated in terms of suggestions. :)

A MacBook Pro Retina does not take 2.5" hard drives.

I know that OWC do SSD upgrades for the older Mac models (as they were not soldered to the logic board back then) but last I checked, they were not cheap.
