I need a phone, with psp i need around 75mins cross network anytime and around 25 texts the phone needs to be free cheap as possible

A large majority of those PSP give you a poo phone for free and a £30 a month contract (£360 for the whole year).
Some online places offer you cashback straight away, which can bring the total yearly cost to £240-300.
Theres loads of deals about with a free phone and 12 months free line rental. Total cost of the year is nothing, handsets are generally better and so are the contracts in terms of min/texts.
