Need PAYG Phone/Tariff w/unlimited Internet

Need to access internet/Messenger/Gmail while at work.

We have a lame AUP so access from work PC's is risky if I dont want to get fired.

Need the following:

A phone with a deecent size screen, touch screen preferred.
Unlimited usage
Good Flash/Java Support.

Not bothered about minutes/texts, just need internet access.

Not bothered about other features of the phone as will only be using it for internet access.

Any second hand phones for a reasonable price I should consider?

o2 PAYG sim bolton costs £7.50/mo for 200mb of "unlimited" browsing, just no idea what phone for flash/java.
