need some accesories wall mount and 3dglasses and possibly a bluray player?

Hi guys,


well i've took the plunge and just bought my first 3d tv to replace our current 42" Ambilight


ordered a Samsung ps51d6900


first things first 2d- am i likely to see any difference in quality over the old ambilight?

and secondly i'm looking for a new wallbracket slimmer the better. i really want to mount the sammy as flush to the wall as possible, any suggestions?


and thirdly and most importantly 3d

currently I play my blurays through a PS3- i'm under the impression that the ps3 will work for 3d can someone please confirm and also i'm under the impression that my sammy wont come with any 3d glasses in the box so what ones to i go for and how much roughly?

great choice on the tv m8 ive got the D550 version of that set and im very impressed with it so far
try to burn it in for 100 hours if you can using lower contrast and brightness / cell lighting settings, theres a good thread over on the av forums about this
as for 3d glasses i got 2 free pairs with mine which were the SG3100s which operate via a coincell battery and are bluetooth (only the 2011 onwards bluetooth glasses will work with this set), there are rechargeable versions available but they will be more £££s.
theres usually some good deals on the bay for them so that'd be where id start

thanks for the info torch, is there any benefits to the burn in?


oh and can anyone recommend a wall mount bracket?
