Need some help from photoshop (or similar) experts please!

Used a premium typeface so will have to let me know if you want to use it so I can sort out licensing :)

TBH, most banners look amateurish.

If it's being used on your shop page itself, may I suggest just a simple logo?

Unfortunately, the site I'm using will only expand any logo to the dimensions in my op. Though if this wasn't the case, I would be happy to go for a logo instead. I know I could go elsewhere, or even create a site of my own, but since this is free I'd just like to see where it goes before I start investing too much more in it :)

Why not create a logo and just have it to one side of the banner and just leave the rest transparent. The image is still the size they want but the look is a little nearer what you want.

If you wanted to fill the blank space just add some company info like addy, email, opening hours, delivery charges etc

What a good idea! I like it. In that case, are there any logo designers out there?! lol!

I'll give it a shot, see if I can come up with something myself. Thanks :)

I thought I'd give this a crack. :)

It's nothing too fancy, I always think simple is best.

The images were kindly donated by Google image search, and the font was just a random one I selected in Photoshop.

Feel free to do what you like with it.
