Need some help with my bill

Well Ive been having some problems with the speed of my internet on my phone and I'm currently with T-mobile. So last month I popped into the local store to get it stored out and they put me on the phone to technical support. After speaking for a while to the lady on the phone she finally told me I needed a new sim and she would sort the rest out.

After checking my t-mobile online today I found out that for some reason the lady removed my unlimited internet booster and changed it for international texting and that my bill was close to £800~. So I called up today and explained this all to someone over the phone and she said that I would have to call back on the 20th when I get my bill and they would sort something out. So I was just wondering what I could do and if there was any thing I should say and do to get out of paying anything at all.

I also checked out the policies online and I have a SGS which is an android phone it and clearly says that I have to always have internet on my phone, so I was thinking I could state that to them and hopefully I would get out of all of this mess.

Thanks in advance for any help guys :), this is just really stressing me out and I really have no clue what to do.
 
They messed up with a booster or something, make sure they have changed it to the right one before the next bill so that it's ok from the next month.
They are right about not being able to do anything about the bill amount yet though, it's unbilled charges.

You shouldn't need to say anything other than what you have said here, they will (should) sort it from that.

Alright man thanks a lot I was getting really worried, the lady on the phone said my booster is fine for next month. Just good to hear I should be alright, thanks agian :D.
